Gil Teleman is Rooms of Kairos’ in-house recording, mixing and mastering engineer.
He was born in Tel Aviv, where he worked in the pro music industry since 2001.
In late 2020, he relocated to Berlin where he continues to work on projects from Tel Aviv alongside local music projects.

Gil worked on tape machines until they used to rule the music studio world. Afterwards, since 2004, he records, edits and mixes on ProTools. Nevertheless, he is disposed to mix projects on other main DAW such as Logic, Cubase, and Ableton - this way clients are given the option to simply continue the track’s development where it first took birth. He is also a Waves Audio and Universal Audio (UAD) artist.

His passion for music dates back to his childhood and since youth, he started growing his knowledge around the technical side of sound. After high school, exempt from military service, he could dive straight into his first work experiences and find his vocation in the art of music recording and engineering - his first revelations taking place while working alongside world-renowned conductors and the Philips Music team at the National Philharmonic Orchestra.

In his career, he recorded, mixed and mastered countless albums from all kinds of music genres. Over the years, Gil’s mixes starred in Israel’s top charts and earned him a good number of gold and platinum awards. Besides working in the studio, he also operated as a live audio FOH mix engineer for selected projects.

Amongst his most durable collaborations, remarkable is the one with theAngelcy - the band, active since 2011, was later signed and released under label Jive Epic of Sony Music France.
Gil has accompanied the band since the live studio recordings of their first album and along the editing and mixing process. He later joined the group tours as live sound FOH mixer and tour manager.
Gil has also toured and mixed live sound for Lola Marsh and Red Axes.

Throughout the years he had the opportunity to work with many major artists in Israel, as well as to participate in small projects with acclaimed international artists such as Depeche Mode, Sir Paul McCartney, Afghan Whigs, and Jose Gonzales.
